Company means any of the business entity who are using RMS as their Supply Chain Management Application.
Supplier/Service Provider means each party registered on RMS portal as a potential provider of materials and services.
Contract means an agreement between Company and a Supplier for the delivery of goods and services.
Use of this portal constitute as the acceptance of this terms and conditions.
Portal will be available 24/7 but may be offline for periodical maintenance and does not warrant that the functions will be uninterrupted, error free, free of virus and bugs etc.
Supplier to enter, update all details pertaining to his entity including bank account details for payment. Supplier is solely responsible to update this details whenever any changes happens and company shall not be held responsible for any transactions including payment.
Supplier to choose a password of sufficient complexity and length to maintain the security. The login credentials of all portal users must be secured and not to disclose to anyone other than intended.
All contents of this portal including data base, images etc. are properties of the Company and shall not disclose, copy, distribute or publish without prior written approval.
